Le Roux

Funky house outfit Le Roux is a co-production between Peachy Records and Melbourne label Sly Music. Le Roux recently enlisted the vocal talents of Shauna Jensen, a legend of the Australian music scene, to record their first single "Love Fool". Shauna's public profile got a big boost recently when she was enlisted as a judge on Popstars Live. Originally hired as the vocal coach (Shauna is one of Australia's top singing teachers), the producers liked her style so much that during the course of the show they made her one of the three main judges (along with Molly Meldrum and Trevor the producer). Towards the end of the series, Molly challenged Shauna to sing live on the program, and Shauna agreed to sing live on the final. The result was absolutely mind-blowing. Shauna's rendition of "Natural Woman" brought a standing ovation from the entire crowd, and confirmed her status as our premiere diva - not that this needed confirmation for those who know Shauna!

"Love Fool" is a classic vocal house track that really showcases Shauna's voice, we are currently putting together remixes and hope to release later this year. In the meantime, here's a sneak preview...
