Zander feat Alexis Hart
Australian commercial trance act Zander feat Alexis Hart has just released their second single through their new label partner Central Station records. "All My Life" is an original track best described as radio-friendly commercial trance, with full remix package including UK remixes by Steve Hill and Northstarz. The track has also been released on vinyl in both Australia and the UK and is already selling well.
Originally signed with Universal Music, Zander released their first single "What's Up" (a cover version of 4-non blondes) in 2003. The track was released in Australia and New Zealand initially, and then attracted licensing deals from Spain (Blanco Y Negro), Sweden (Universal) and Mexico (Universal). The package also included a 35mm film clip.
Due to international cost-cutting measures, Universal closed their Australian dance department in late 2003, and so Zander parted ways with Universal. Zander now have a new home with Australia's largest independent dance label Central Station records. "All My Life" will be the first Zander release with Central Station, and the group will also be focusing on remixing tracks for other artists. The first Zander remix is for Melbourne trio Slinkee Minx - "Summer Rain" which is currently being added to most major radio around the country. The Zander remix of "Summer Rain" is attracting a lot of attention and hopefully will lead to more big things. Zander will be in the studio again shortly working on a new single. Stay tuned!
